Survey programming only

Description

I support you in programming of 10 questions in your survey software, if you use Qualtrics, Survey Monkey or other common survey builder. For this service, you need a paid account at your preferred survey builder, to host your own online survey. Provide me with your Qualtrics or Survey Monkey account login, and send me your questionnaire in text format. Your questionnaire will subjected to a quick review (e.g., flow makes sense), and then programmed by me. You will receive a link to the programmed survey. After your approval, you can go live. Coding of questionnaire and raw data file with responses are not including.
